Saranac Lake Upholstery’s workshop is located at the residence of Cynthia Taylor and Nathan Miller, and because of this operates on an appointment only basis.

Walk-ins are strongly discouraged, please set up an appointment by calling (518) 304-7610 or through the contact form on the website here.

It is important to note that there are dogs at the workshop and to maintain a safe environment for both clients and animals there are procedures in place that will be discussed when an appointment is made in regards to dropping off and picking up that must be followed or we have the right to terminate service.

Business hours are Monday-Friday from 10am – 4pm and all contact outside these hours will be addressed during business hours only. Occasionally the shop is closed during the week.

Here at Saranac Lake Upholstery we pride ourselves on quality service, which means time will not be sacrificed to meet client scheduling. The trade of upholstery is a time consuming, labor intensive  process when done correctly and we will not sacrifice quality for speed.

Due to guaranteeing each client the same quality service, there is often a waiting list that requires a deposit to be on. Unfortunately to be fair, there is no skipping ahead.

Client is responsible for dropping off and picking up, and this requires an appointment. If you are unable due to accessibility concerns there will be a fee for a service that is contracted out.
